Paleo Instant Pot Beef Stew

I absolutely love using my Instant Pot in the winter season. I realize this isn't typical, most people like these types of appliances in the hotter months to avoid excess heat inside their homes, but my favorite recipes in the Instant Pot are all very warming and nourishing. If I eat those in the summer months, my internal body heat just can't cope!

Here is another staple recipe around my house. It's always fairly easy to grab some stew meat from the grocery store, and if you have family members that hunt it is a fairly adaptable recipe with gamey meats like deer and elk.
