STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE CUPCAKES {GRAIN-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, REFINED SUGAR FREE}

These little shortcakes have a buttery taste, thanks to ghee, and a moist flake, thanks to almond flour and cassava flour. Filled with a gooey strawberry filling, and topped with whipped cream.

ROLL-OUT SUGAR COOKIES WITH ROYAL ICING {GRAIN-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE OPTION}

A Cassava flour based sugar cookie that rolls out to be cut out and decorated! I used a royal icing here to look pretty, but a paleo buttercream would also work perfectly to be entirely free of refined sugars.
