CASHEW CREAM OF MUSHROOM CHICKEN SKILLET WITH KALE {DAIRY-FREE, GRAIN-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, KETO}
This one skillet dinner is creamy and nourishing! I swap a typically dairy heavy dish, with a quick cashew cream flavored with nutritional yeast! It is the perfect base for sautéed mushrooms and kale! Soak it all up over a bed of cauliflower rice, or basmati rice!

SALMON CHOWDER
This chowder is a creative way to get your wild caught salmon in! Totally paleo, AIP, and whole30 compliant. I use turnips, parsnips, and carrots that are grated or shredded to create the typical chowder feel without the potatoes. Potatoes are great, but I tend to lean on them too heavily! Some nutritional diversity is in this nourishing chowder, come and get it!

CREAMY MUSHROOM, CHICKEN, AND CAULIFLOWER RICE CASSEROLE
This dairy-free, gluten-free, and grain-free casserole puts a whole-food focus on the classic chicken and rice casserole! I use a cashew cream of mushroom sauce to add healthy fats and nutrition, as well as cauliflower rice to add more vegetables and less carbs! There's also some spinach stirred in among the chicken, to add even more veggies!
